Uh-Oh....

This morning as I was emptying the dishwasher, I thought Wyatt was playing in the living room floor with some of his toys. Instead, when I looked in to check on him this is what I found....

Our little monkey has apparently figured out how to climb onto the fireplace! As you can see, I've already had to take off all of our pictures and decorations, because he kept picking them up and thought it was funny to hit them against the brick. Needless to say, we will be watching him extra carefully from now on! (Yes, after I got my picture, I got him down and told him "NO, NO!")

Eleven

Eleven months.... A year ago, I was just starting this blog and had no clue how my life would be changing. We are getting so close to Wyatt's 1st Birthday and I can't believe it! We are loving every minute with our little guy. He is just so stinkin funny right now! As you can see, my monthly pics are getting harder and harder to take :) Only one more to go!

1st Easter

Not only was it Wyatt's 1st Easter, but it was also his cousins Karis and Kai's first Easter. We were glad we got to spend the day with them. It was a great day of playing with kids, eating way too much and spending time with family. We got a lot of great pics and here are a few of my favorites :)

We're from the country and we like it that way!

We had a great Easter weekend at Mom and Dad's house (Easter Day post to come later). Wyatt especially loved getting to go to Papa Joe's land for the first time and meet the cows. I'm sure this will be the first of many trips. He even got to go for a ride on the tractor :)

Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh my!

Wyatt has now been on 2 trips to the zoo. The first was during Spring Break- and it was soo crowded! We met up with Annie and Jay. It was a great day, but hard to really see the animals bc of all the people. The second trip, was this afternoon. I had the afternoon off bc of p/t conferences, so we decided to have a "Wyatt and Mommy" trip to the zoo. It was the perfect afternoon! Seriously, one of those times that I wish I could just make time stand still. He loves being outside and very intently watches all of the animals. He even got into the action in the petting zoo today; he's fearless! Can't wait for many more trips to the zoo!

Perfect 10

On Wednesday (which also happened to be St. Patricks Day) Wyatt hit the 10 month mark. Only 2 short months away from his 1st Birthday! He is at such a fun age and a very busy little boy. Here are a few of the highlights from this month: made another trip to Branson (quite the traveler!), got another ear infections which helped us decide that tubes are going to be necessary, made his first trip to TX so we could see Nana in the hospital, got his first haircut and I had to sign not one, but 2 "accident reports" at Daycare! He is going to be ALL BOY!!!
