Wyatt woke up early, screaming uncontrollably. I tried to calm him down and get him in bed with me, but nothing was working so I caved and got him a bottle. (This is when I went to the kitchen and realized my rug in front of the sink was wet. Aaron did some investigating and figured out the leak) The bottle worked but Wyatt was still restless and didn't fall back asleep in bed with me until 5:50. My alarm goes off at 6:00! My alarm didn't wake him, but when I moved his head off of my arm, that did. I decided since he was having a rough morning, a bubble bath in our big tub might just cheer him up. I was able to get my hair done while he played in the tub and it seemed like a success, but then it happened! Right as I was putting in my contacts I noticed him stand and make THAT face. Gross! I must have said "OH MY GOSH!" alot, because now Wyatt's walking around going "gosh, gosh, gosh"- good thing that's all I said :)
Well, Wyatt and the tub are cleaned and I think all is well, at least for now!
Surely my day can only go up from here, right?!?

Momma Said They'll Be Days Like This....
Here I sit at 7:07 AM.... I've been awake since 4:30, tried to calm a very cranky toddler, figured out our sink has a leak and cleaned poop out of my bathtub.... Yep, that's right, I said POOP!

My Boys :)
"He's gonna get in trouble, Oh, he's gonna get in fights
I'm gonna lose my temper and some sleep
It's safe to say that I'm gonna get my payback
If he's anything like me"
If you haven't heard the song "Anything Like Me" by Brad Paisley, head on over here to give it a listen. The first time Aaron and I heard this song, we knew that it perfectly described Wyatt and him! Unfortunately, I think I'm going to get in on Aaron's pay back too ;) The last line of the song says, "Oh, he'll be alright if he's anything like me" and that's the truth! Aaron is a great Dad and hard working husband, so we can only hope that he'll grow up to be like his Daddy :)

A "Toot Toot" and HOHO!
We made a trip to the Orr Family Farm last week to ride the train, see Santa and look at the lights. It was cold, so we didn't stay too long but we had a great time. We're looking forward to taking a visit when it gets warmer.
Fudge covered marshmellow on a stick- yummy!

Fresh Blueberries + Donuts
= Wyatt's perfect breakfast!
If you know Wyatt, then you know that this kid LOVES blueberries! He eats them as fast as we can give them to him and then does his sign for more. Thank you Super Target for having some fresh "blues" this weekend that didn't cost me an arm and a leg and thank you Christmas break for mornings that we can go to the drive through donut shop in are pj's :)

It's Beginning to Look Alot Like CHRISTMAS!
(Yes, I realize our tree is "lacking" in the ornament department... BUT when you have a toddler at home, that's the best way to go!)
We are so ready for Christmas at the Pendergraph house! I've always loved everything about Christmas time- and this year it's even more fun. Wyatt loves our "tee" (tree) and "hoho" (Santa and snowmen). We can't wait to go look at Christmas lights and start opening presents!

It truly is THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR!
